Dear prospective PLC Dealer/Integrator,

First let me thank you for considering a cooperative with Patronus Laboratories Corp.  At Patronus Labs we strive to provide the very highest quality products and services to the most demanding customers on the planet. In a perfect world our customers, and yours, would simply pay, whatever the cost, to provide those products and services. Unfortunately our customers have budgets. As a company unwilling to sacrifice performance for lower prices, we have taken other measures to increase our competitiveness in the marketplace. Many of the costs that drive pricing increases have less to do with a company’s core competency and more to do with the ancillary costs of doing business. Often among these are:

  • Product returns as a result of poor specification or improper application.
  • Product returns as a result of improper handling, installation or configuration.
  • Revenue loss as a result of late or defaulted customer accounts.

In addition to the negative operational impact these problems create for the end user, all of these issues increase the costs to everyone involved, i.e. manufacturer, dealer, integrator and end user. As a matter of course, it is the responsible and competent dealers and integrators, as well as the unsuspecting customer, that pay the price for the inscrutable or incompetent among us; in the form of higher prices.

In an attempt to address these issues, Patronus Labs has embraced a much more mature business model in which the manufacturer and the dealer work together to ensure the best results. This cooperation results in two (2) main tenants:

  1. We DO NOT sell to the end user. It is our position that end user necessarily requires the support and expertise of a qualified dealer. By vigorously supporting our dealers in sales, system design, integrator training and technical assistance we have virtually eliminated the “trial and error” process commonly employed. Our systems work the first time, every time. This requirement has reduced our prices by as much as 20% compared to our competitors.
  2. We DO NOT fund or finance any project. Patronus Laboratories Corp. accepts full payment, on order, via cash, bank check or wire transfer only. This requirement has reduced our prices by as much as 15% compared to our competitors.

Patronus Lab’s commitment to our dealers in unequalled; as a dealer you will have access to the resources you need to implement any system. Whether that takes the form of sales support, technical support, system design, employee training or even on-site assistance. Patronus Labs can and will provide whatever services are necessary to guarantee the expectations of the customer are exceeded.

If quality, reliability and exceptional service are qualities you extend to your customers as a dealer, we look forward to extending those same qualities to you as a manufacturer.

Dealer Application Process

All Dealer Applicants MUST submit:

  • A copy of your BusinessLicense issued by your local city or municipality;
  • A copy of your California Re-seller’s Permit, (California Company Only).
  • A copy of a signed and complete Re-Seller Certificate. (California Company Only).
  • A copy of the completed signed dealer application form (see below to complete and print for signing)
